Information regarding collection development at the University Library. This includes information about subject librarians, department contacts and our policy on each subject we collect.

Collection Policy For Law

Although Iowa State University does not have a law school, the University Library collects and maintains a comprehensive law collection to support the university's research-intensive curriculum. This multidisciplinary collection is designed to assist departments offering courses with legal components. It includes both historical and current legal and Congressional resources for students, faculty, and staff. The collection also aims to meet the legal information needs of Iowa residents by ensuring that relevant legal resources are accessible to the public.
