The Vet Med Library is open to the public, however Patterson Hall is a secure facility which means people unaffiliated with the College of Veterinary Medicine are only admitted to the building during specific hours. See the home page on this guide for more information.
Alumni and Guests are allowed to check out books and use online library resources once they have acquired a Library Visitor Card from the Main Desk at Parks Library. Library users with a Library Visitor Card are allowed access to subscription-based online library resources, such as journals and article databases, while they are in the library. They may not access these resources remotely.
