General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA)A national trade association representing 55 manufacturers of fixed-wing aircraft, engines, avionics, and components. In addition to building nearly all the general aviation aircraft flying in the United States today, GAMA member companies also operate aircraft fleets, airport fixed-based operations, pilot schools, and training facilities across the nation.
General aviation aircraft range from two-seat training aircraft to 19-seat passenger business jets and regional airlines. The GAMA represents the interests of its members before the United States Congress, the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other federal and state government agencies directly concerned with the air transportation system.
