Eta Sigma Phi - ISU Classics Club
Eta Sigma Phi is an honorary organization for outstanding students in Latin and Greek language courses at Iowa State. The Classics Club is a subcommittee of Eta Sigma Phi at Iowa State that is also devoted to the culture of the Classical world (including Greece, Rome, and Egypt), literature, history, etc. but has less strict requirements for membership.
Classical Association of the Middle West and South (CAMWS)
The Classical Association of the Middle West and South is an organization for Classics (Latin and Greek) teachers at all levels, undergraduate and graduate students, and anyone else who enjoys learning about the world of classical antiquity.

Society for Classical Studies
The Society for Classical Studies (SCS), founded as the American Philological Association in 1869 by "professors, friends, and patrons of linguistic science," is the principal learned society in North America for the study of ancient Greek and Roman languages, literatures, and civilizations.

The American Academy in Rome is a leading American overseas center for independent studies and advanced research in the fine arts and humanities.
American School of Classical Studies at Athens
For 139 years, the American School of Classical Studies at Athens has served American post-graduate education as one of the preeminent overseas research institutions devoted to the advanced study of all aspects of Greek culture from antiquity to the present day.
Vergilian Society
The purpose of this Society is to promote the study of Vergil by means of lectures, conferences, publications, and reports of excavation that have a bearing upon Vergil’s works. Membership is open to any person who is interested in the study of Vergil.
