Online Exhibits are a great place to start your research and get topic ideas.  The digitized images and documents found in the exhibits can all be viewed by visiting Special Collections.

Digital Repository The Digital Repository can be a great place to find both primary and secondary sources.  There you will find:

  • Journal articles and manuscripts
  • Conference proceedings, presentations and posters
  • Theses and dissertations
  • Technical reports and white papers
  • Images, audio and video files
  • University publications

 

Web Archives

Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) utilizes the Internet Archive's Archive-It service to capture and provide access to archived versions of old or outdated web pages, which fall under our unit’s collecting policy. From our Archive-It landing page, you can search for content by keyword or URL, if known. There is also an option that will allow you to search page text instead of site names.

SCUA maintains an extensive number of audiovisual collections, roughly twenty thousand items in total, including film, magnetic, grooved recording, optical, and digital formats. You can view/listen to the material that has been digitized at the links above.
