La Correspondencia de Puerto Rico, 1890-1910 (Library of Congress)
Library of Congress also has digitized these years. The newspaper published up until 1943, but 1910 is currently the most recent volume digitized by LoC. The search interface is somewhat friendlier than that of Univ. of Florida.

Your best choice for finding Latinx & Latin American journal articles! This database focuses on Latin American issues, but also includes significant US Latinx content. A useful feature in the HAPI interface allows you to limit your searches to find articles about "Hispanics in the US" only. The index provides citations to research articles published worldwide about US Latinx and Latin American issues in the social sciences and humanities. HAPI provides strong coverage of Mexican American, Puerto Rican, Cuban American, and other US Latinx groups. Some full-text may be available for selected publications. Many citations now have links to Google Scholar. (This doesn't mean that Google Scholar has the full-text article, but that it may help identify whether your library subscribes to the journal in question.) Articles are in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and other languages.

Unique and versatile database provides full-text articles, editorials, and features from scores of current Latinx newspapers, news magazines, and some journals. Many articles are in Spanish. Latinx publications in the database include: El Bohemio News (San Francisco), El Diario / La Prensa (New York), El Nuevo Herald (Miami), Hispanic Magazine, and many other newspapers and magazines. Publications from many other US ethnic and minority groups are also included. Coverage is 1994-present, with some retrospective coverage dating back to 1985.

Full-text articles from Spanish-language scholarly journals and magazines in a variety of disciplines; includes some Portuguese and English-language articles. Strong focus on Latin American journals, along with journals from Spain & the US; includes some US Latino content. Search interface default is Spanish; use top menu drop-down to select a different interface language if desired.
To change the language on the site, find the pull-down in the top menu bar (default is "Español"), and change to your choice of the available languages.

From the University of Arizona's unique digital collections, this database provides digital artifact copies of rare historic Mexican American Spanish language newspapers and materials, with a strong focus on Arizona and the borderlands. Also includes Mexican American publications from El Paso, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sonora, Mexico; coverage dates from mid-1800s to the 1970s. The search interface is a bit clunky though you will find fascinating primary materials.
