Celebrate International Love Data Week, February 12-16

International Love Data Week is an annual celebration led by Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) at the University of Michigan that brings people from all over the world to learn, appreciate, and have fun with data. This year’s theme is My Kind of Data: Data is Personal. Join the Iowa State University Library in celebrating the data you love in the Catalyst

Calling all data enthusiasts! Think you can tell a story with data? 📊 
Do you have a knack for turning complex data into captivating visuals? ✨
Submit your entry before Feb 14 to win amazing prizes!

Drop-In Sessions: 

Research Methods Meet Up: Monday, February 12, 12pm - 1pm

Consult with Philip Dixon, professor of statistics and Catalyst staff for informal discussions and advice about your research project. Be ready to dive into your data and dig into details. Snacks provided, bring your own data. 

Tidy Data Salon: Wednesday, February 14, 12pm - 1pm

Tame your spreadsheets and organize your files at this weekly work hour dedicated to better organized data. It's a great time for solo and for group work! Snacks provided, bring your own data. 

Reception: Friday, February 16, 12pm - 2pm in the Catalyst

Enjoy a hot chocolate bar, discover information on the Catalyst's data services, create some data-themed crafts, and celebrate our data viz contest winners!
