If you would like access to a book [or other resource] which ISU Libraries does not own, you can use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to get pretty much any title you would like. ILL simply means we get the item from another library for you and get you access to it. To use ILL, login to the ILL system here
Worldcat is a catalog of catalogs. Worldcat receives metadata from ~90% of the public and academic libraries in the United States, as well as some international libraries. It is used in several different capacities, such as seeing how many (and which ones) libraries own a specific title, and as a way to explore published books on any topic. Since there are so many libraries included in worldcat, we often treat it as a publications list, although that's not entirely accurate. https://search.worldcat.org/. You are also able to create a free account with WorldCat, which you can use to save titles, lists, etc...
In addition to encyclopedias such as Credo Reference and Wikipedia, there are specialized encyclopedias that focus on one discipline or topic. The following are encyclopedias helpful for psychology topics.
The library's collections and services are available to all ISU students, faculty, and staff and Parks Library is open to the public.
