Indexes list citations of journal articles (and sometimes conference papers and other items). Use of an electronic index allows you to search thousands of journals at one time enabling precise retrieval of articles published on a particular subject.
The quickest way to find journal articles on a specific topic is to use one of the indexes mentioned in the box to the right; however, there are times when researchers just want to see a list of journals we own in a specific field.
The library's collections and services are available to all ISU students, faculty, and staff and Parks Library is open to the public.
