About the AgNIC Swine Page

The AgNIC Swine Page is Iowa State University's contribution to the Agriculture Network Information Center (AgNIC) project coordinated by the National Agricultural Library, USDA.

Our goal is to provide links to notable World Wide Web resources that deal with the production, marketing, and research aspects of swine and pork. Use the tabs to the left to navigate through links to general swine information sites and more specialized resources.

If you are outside Iowa, your own state's Extension Services and Department of Agriculture may be the best sources for answering questions pertaining to your geographical area. Individuals outside the U.S. will want to consider agricultural research organizations and universities in their own countries.
