Arab American Heritage Month is celebrated in April to recognize Arab American histories and cultures, and to pay tribute to the many contributions of Arab Americans to the United States. This heritage month has not yet received full federal designation but in April 2021 was recognized by both the US Department of State and President Biden, and placed on the federal calendar.  Arab American Heritage Month has been celebrated for decades in some states, and ongoing efforts seek official designation of the Heritage Month to recognize and celebrate the contributions of the more than 3,700,000 Arab Americans residing in the United States. Join us in recognition through this online exhibit!
