Welcome

This guide is for fourth-year students at the College of Veterinary Medicine. The guide includes information on preparing for Grand Rounds and licensing exam preparation. When you are off-campus, you still have access to the electronic books, journals, and databases.

Should you have any questions regarding your search for information, feel free to contact the Veterinary Medicine Subject Librarian, Andrea Dinkelman.

  Get Connected (Off-Campus Login)

1. Ready? Get your ISUCard!

2. Set? Set your Library PIN!

3. Go! Use the Veterinary Medical Library!

If you're prompted to login while connecting to any of the e-Library resources or services, simply use the last 11 digits of your ISUCard number (sometimes called Borrower ID on Library webpages), and use your Library PIN as your password. Don't have or don't remember your Library PIN?  Set a new PIN here.

Problems?

First, if you're using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), turn it off.  A VPN client bypasses the steps listed above and delivers your request directly to the commercial database vendor, but without identifying you as an authorized user/subscriber.

Any difficulties finding or using Library resources? Contact the Veterinary Medical Library at 294-2225. If the Veterinary Medical Library is closed, contact the library via the Ask a Librarian service.
