Bioeconomy Virtual Conference 
Extension will co-host the seventh bioeconomy conference Dec. 1 simultaneously with 11 other universities. The keynote speaker is James Lovelock, one of the world’s most renowned thinkers on global environmental science.

'Live Green!': Iowa State's conservation, sustainability efforts are moving forward

Iowa State University President Gregory Geoffroy is committed to making ISU a model of energy efficiency and reducing the university's carbon footprint. Last January, he formed a 16-member advisory committee to help him pursue that vision. And now, the President's Advisory Committee on Energy Conservation and Global Climate Change has developed recommendations that Geoffroy is ready to implement on campus.
