Animal Welfare Information Center -- National Agricultural Library, USDA. Provides information for improved animal care and use in research, teaching, and testing. Includes sections on alternatives, literature searches, databases, government and legal resources, and lab, farm, zoo, and companion animals.
Center for Veterinary Medicine -- US Food and Drug Administration. News, press releases, FDA guidelines relating to animal drugs, antimicrobial resistance, aquaculture, food safety, and related areas.
OIE: World Organisation for Animal Health -- An intergovernmental organization of 167 member countries responsible for tracking animal diseases on their own territories. OIE collects, analyzes and releases current information on animal disease and disease control. Several of its publications are freely available online.
Animal Health -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, USDA. Government reports, news, statistics, and general information about the diseases and health of major livestock, poultry, and wildlife species, and food safety.
