Course Description: Supervised practice experience in operational management, medical nutrition therapy and community nutrition. Capstone research project: Technology in Health Promotion. Includes discussion and experience in building rapport, data assessment and interpretation, developing goals/outcomes, selecting learning activities, evaluation, and documentation.
