Some reputable newspapers like "The Guardian" of London are fully accessible online with no pay-walls (they rely on user contribution). Direct access to others like "The Times" is restricted but can be accessed through other third party platforms as indicated below.
For short articles in languages you don't understand, you can use "Google Translate" to get an English translation. However, the tool may not render translations from some publications due to copyright restrictions. Also remember that "something always gets lost in translation."
