Conference Presentations

Conference Presentations provide great opportunities to present your research and get feedback on your processes and outcomes. Both local and national associations sponsor conferences, and in most cases, you have an opportunity to apply to make presentations. Local conferences are usually eager for applicants. Both national and local participation also helps you meet other librarians who share your interests.

The American Library Association keeps a comprehensive calendar of library-related conferences at http://americanlibrariesmagazine.org/calendar.
