Introduction

Brief Description: Globalization and the Human Condition offers an introduction to social, cultural, political, and economic linkages among Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe. We will focus on several contemporary issues shaping and being shaped by globalization including food security, human trafficking, migrant labor, war, poverty, media representations, and how business interests and social problems are linked.
